What We Do In UK Churches
Across the UK, Voice of Persecuted Christians equips churches to respond with faith, action and compassion. We strengthen awareness of global persecution, support practical ministry and connect believers with the voice of persecuted Christians.
Through teaching, resources and partnership, we help the UK church engage with persecution in the Bible, grow in unity as the body of Christ and take meaningful steps to stand with the family we share in Jesus.
Raise the VOICE of Persecuted Christians
We bring the voice of persecuted Christians to churches across the UK through stories, teaching and resources. Voice magazine, our free quarterly publication, carries first-hand accounts from believers living through persecution.
These stories help UK churches understand New Testament teaching on persecution in a present-day context. They inspire informed prayer, action and support.
Giving TOOLS to Persecuted Christians
We provide practical Christian aid where it is needed most. This includes Bibles for persecuted Christians, leadership development and training in regions where resources are limited.
We also equip UK believers to respond, strengthening the support churches give and encouraging active participation in meeting real needs.
Expressing FELLOWSHIP with Persecuted Christians
We encourage real fellowship with persecuted Christians, helping believers in the UK stand alongside their global family in Christ.
Scripture teaches the unity of the body of Christ, and this shapes our work. As one church, we share in both suffering and joy.
Learning DISCIPLESHIP from Persecuted Christians
Persecuted believers demonstrate resilience, faith and courage that strengthens the wider church. Their experiences carry Christian discipleship lessons rooted in faith under pressure.
These are real-life reflections of New Testament persecution, helping UK Christians grow in maturity, conviction and dependence on God. In a culture that has largely forgotten what the gospel costs, the persecuted church is often the clearest teacher available to us.
Maintaining STEWARDSHIP to Honour Persecuted Christians
We encourage thoughtful Christian stewardship, helping believers use their time, resources and influence wisely.
Supporting persecuted Christians forms part of faithful stewardship. Through informed giving and engagement, churches across the UK take part in ways that are effective, accountable and impactful.
Regional Speakers
Our experienced speakers visit churches across the country, bringing insight, teaching and real stories from the persecuted church.
These visits help congregations understand global persecution and respond with prayer and action.
Events and Speaker Tours
We organise speaker tours and take part in key Christian events across the UK throughout the year.
Each event is an opportunity to hear directly from those connected to the persecuted church, with practical insight and encouragement. Gatherings like these help strengthen awareness, deepen understanding and mobilise support.
A fellowship that flows both ways
The UK church has something to give the persecuted church. Prayer. Giving. Letters. Advocacy. The persecuted church has something to give the UK church too. Lessons in discipleship under pressure. A faith that does not depend on comfort. A witness that has not forgotten what the gospel costs.
In a culture that has largely forgotten what it costs to follow Jesus, the persecuted church is often the clearest reminder we have. Our work is shaping a UK church that is willing to receive both sides of that exchange.
