Make a Gift

Stand with the persecuted church today

Your gift can make a life-changing difference to persecuted Christians around the world. It supports believers who are facing discrimination, violence and displacement because of their faith.

When you give through Voice of Persecuted Christians, your gift helps provide practical aid, spiritual support and advocacy for the persecuted church. Make a donation today and stand alongside your brothers and sisters in Christ.

Voice of Persecuted Christians is asking

In the countries our partners work, the same needs come up year after year. Bibles. Pastoral training for leaders under pressure. Care for the families of prisoners and martyrs.

Voice of Persecuted Christians exists to carry those needs from the field to the UK church. Your gift is how we answer. A Bible into a house church in Iran. Training for a pastor in Nigeria. Support for a prisoner’s family in Eritrea.

This is the body of Christ asking the rest of the body for help, through the voice we were founded to be.

Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.

Give today. Your gift becomes part of the answer to a prayer being prayed right now, in a language you may not speak, in a country you may never visit, by a brother or sister who is counting on the rest of the body to remember them.

Other ways to donate

Choose how you give

There are many ways to give. Regular giving, one-off donations or alternative methods. Each one strengthens the persecuted church and brings hope to Christians facing hardship.

Regular giving

A regular gift, by Direct Debit or card, is the steadiest way to support our partners. It lets us plan training, Bibles and pastoral care over the long term.

One-off donations

A single gift can respond to an immediate need – emergency relief, support for a prisoner’s family, or aid following an attack on a church community.

Post or telephone

Prefer to give by post or over the phone? You can call our team on weekdays, or send a cheque to our Orpington office. We will write back to thank you.
Other ways that you can give

Generosity takes many forms

Giving takes many forms. Alongside one-off and regular donations, there are several ways you can stand with the persecuted church. Through your church, through a legacy gift or through fundraising. Every act of generosity reaches believers who are suffering for their faith.

Give as a Church

Partner with Voice of Persecuted Christians as a congregation. Church giving is a powerful way to stand together in faith and reach persecuted Christians around the world.

Leave a Legacy

A legacy gift is a lasting way to continue your giving for generations to come. It can help protect and strengthen persecuted Christians for years beyond your lifetime.

In Memoriam Gifts

Honour the memory of a loved one with a gift that supports persecuted Christians. A way to celebrate a life of faith by helping others remain strong in theirs.

Fundraise for Release

Host an event. Take on a challenge. Organise a church activity. Your fundraising can reach those suffering for their faith.

Part of one body

The persecuted church and the church in the UK belong to the same body in Christ. The same Christ we worship on Sunday is worshipped in a hidden room in Iran, a burned-out building in Nigeria, a prison cell in Eritrea.

When one part of the body suffers, the whole body suffers. Your gift is one of the ways the body holds itself together across every border.

The new Home of Release International

You’re on the right site, even though our name has changed

We’ve refreshed our brand and now go by Voice of Persecuted Christians. Our mission remains the same: to support people who face persecution for their faith. This site, voiceopc.org, is the official home for news, stories, and ways to help.

If you’re looking for resources from the former website, you’ve found the right place – everything you need is still here, just under our new name.
